If you are talking about the folder located at.minecraft assets skins, that is just a cache of all player skins that have been downloaded, including your own skins (I only see a single skin, my own, in this folder, saved using an encoded name) and everybody else on multiplayer (so if you play online a lot it can get very large). Choose a Minecraft world. Open up Minecraft and choose a singleplayer world you want to add the datapack to. Select that world, and click the 'Edit' button at the bottom of the screen. Then click the 'Open World Folder' button to open up that world's folder. In there you will notice that there is a folder called 'Datapacks' which is empty. Make a folder called data in your data pack folder, where you have placed the pack.mcmeta file in. In this data folder you have to create one or more folders which will act as your namespaces. Entries in data packs have namespaced IDs in a fashion of namespace:path. It puts them instead in c: Users YOURNAME AppData Roaming.minecraft saves which is basically like a temp folder of sorts for config data. Fortunately after my initial freak out, even these files aren't lost, they are in C: Windows.old users YOURNAME AppData Roaming.minecraft saves along with all your other AppData stuff including the npm. Step 1. Download a datapack. Whether its from a youtube video, download link, or website, you need to first choose which Minecraft datapack you want to download.

Step 4. Reload your Minecraft world. Ipads that can play fortnite. Open up the world you just installed the datapack on, and type '/reload' in chat. That's it! The datapack is successfully installed.
